The RX-7V EVO is the new flagship model with proven Arai protection combined with the ECE R22-06 approval. It’s not just a new model, it’s a new benchmark.
ECE R22-06 requires a much more stringent testing process than the previous ECE R22-05. Arai presented the RX-7V EVO and it gained homologation while maintaining its characteristic round, smooth and strong shell design to ‘glance-off’ and spread impact forces. Or simply put, by being an Arai RX-7V EVO.
There is a difference with Arai. It’s the combination of every single piece of design, no matter how large, small or even invisible, working on behalf of the rider. Because what we protect is priceless.

Arai Quantic Helmet

Like every Arai, the Quantic was designed first and foremost for the best possible protection. Manufactured by hand, the outer shell is extremely strong – with significant weight reduction. The smooth, rounded shape is synonymous with Arai and was designed primarily to allow “sliding” to distribute the forces of impact. The Quantic uses the same aerodynamic and protective features as Arai racing helmets, with all the experience and know-how accumulated over millions of road miles. It “glides” cleanly and efficiently through the air, enveloping the rider in luxury. It is the new helmet of choice for riders who expect the best performance from a helmet – in terms of protection, comfort and ease of use. And it does it day in, day out – without compromise. To make it easier to put on and take off, the Quantic has a 5mm wider helmet opening. The VAS MAX Vision visor is equipped with a Pinlock lens. The brushed nylon interior is removable, features the Facial Contour System (FCS) and a cable pocket in the neck roll. It is also equipped with the Emergency Release System (ERS).

The Quantic model is officially tested and approved according to the R22-06 standard.

Arai RX-7V Evo Isle Of Man TT 2025 Limited Edition Helmet

The Isle of Man TT Races get better and bigger every year. The spectacular celebration of motorcycling, held over 37.73 miles on real roads, attracts competitors and fans from all over the world. It is also an event that has run through Arai’s DNA for decades. Many of the TT racers wear Arai because of the performance, protection and comfort at high speeds that the brand’s helmets offer.
The TT helmet impresses with an eye-catching orange, blue and white design that perfectly matches the new colour scheme. Inspired by the legendary race track, it features the triskelion symbol (three legs of man) on the top and the TT logo on the sides in a dynamic, multi-coloured circle. Black and white elements form a subtle chequered flag pattern. The design is rounded off by the ‘Ellan Vannin’ lettering (Isle of Man on Manx) and a new limited edition logo – a real highlight for collectors!
