The RX-7V EVO is the new flagship model with proven Arai protection combined with the ECE R22-06 approval. It’s not just a new model, it’s a new benchmark.
ECE R22-06 requires a much more stringent testing process than the previous ECE R22-05. Arai presented the RX-7V EVO and it gained homologation while maintaining its characteristic round, smooth and strong shell design to ‘glance-off’ and spread impact forces. Or simply put, by being an Arai RX-7V EVO.
There is a difference with Arai. It’s the combination of every single piece of design, no matter how large, small or even invisible, working on behalf of the rider. Because what we protect is priceless.

Arai Quantic Helmet

Like every Arai, the Quantic was designed first and foremost for the best possible protection. Manufactured by hand, the outer shell is extremely strong – with significant weight reduction. The smooth, rounded shape is synonymous with Arai and was designed primarily to allow “sliding” to distribute the forces of impact. The Quantic uses the same aerodynamic and protective features as Arai racing helmets, with all the experience and know-how accumulated over millions of road miles. It “glides” cleanly and efficiently through the air, enveloping the rider in luxury. It is the new helmet of choice for riders who expect the best performance from a helmet – in terms of protection, comfort and ease of use. And it does it day in, day out – without compromise. To make it easier to put on and take off, the Quantic has a 5mm wider helmet opening. The VAS MAX Vision visor is equipped with a Pinlock lens. The brushed nylon interior is removable, features the Facial Contour System (FCS) and a cable pocket in the neck roll. It is also equipped with the Emergency Release System (ERS).

The Quantic model is officially tested and approved according to the R22-06 standard.

Arai RX-7V Evo FIM 2 Helmet

An RX-7V is everything Arai knows about producing the ultimate competition-ready motorcycle helmet… The RX-7V EVO -goes one step further with an extra layer of technology. Aerodynamic assist. The RX-7V EVO employs an FIM-approved aero-kit to smooth the passage of air between the rear of the helmet and the aero hump on a rider’s leathers, in a tucked-in racing crouch. It’s a new design, with fixed airwing and more aerodynamically efficient than the prototypes developed over previous seasons by top-flight Arai’s racers. The higher the speed, the more noticeable its effect. Other RX-7V EVO details aimed squarely at the extremes of racing; for those that measure performance at the very edge and lap times in fractions. The Structural Net Composite adds a physical bond to the resin bond of the many layers of fibres and reinforcing materials within the shell. The latest “Z-Mixture” resins increases material adhesion requiring less resin for a stronger bond between materials for a thinner and lighter shell.

Arai Tour-X5 Discovery Motocross Helmet

The Tour-X5 is one of the most versatile helmets ever created. It has been designed for both on- and off-road use. As the successor of the Tour-X4, it is made of fiber composites with a multi-density EPS liner for good shock absorption while retaining perfect lightness. Not only the shell, but also the shield system are rounder and smoother. Its interior is made of hypoallergenic, antimicrobial fabric for added comfort. It features improved ventilation with chin vent and integrated spoiler, as well as three venturi extractors for absolute comfort.
