Manufactured by hand, the outer shell is extremely strong &#8211; with significant weight reduction. The smooth, rounded shape is synonymous with Arai and was designed primarily to allow &#8220;sliding&#8221; to distribute the forces of impact. The Quantic uses the same aerodynamic and protective features as Arai racing helmets, with all the experience and know-how accumulated over millions of road miles. It &#8220;glides&#8221; cleanly and efficiently through the air, enveloping the rider in luxury. It is the new helmet of choice for riders who expect the best performance from a helmet &#8211; in terms of protection, comfort and ease of use. And it does it day in, day out &#8211; without compromise. To make it easier to put on and take off, the Quantic has a 5mm wider helmet opening. The VAS MAX Vision visor is equipped with a Pinlock lens. The brushed nylon interior is removable, features the Facial Contour System (FCS) and a cable pocket in the neck roll.
